A Theatrical Breakfast Extravaganza by the Sea! If breakfast were a performance art, Odyssey on the Strand would be the Royal Shakespeare Company of the bacon-and-eggs world. I arrived expecting a humble morning meal and left having witnessed a cultural event so moving it should come with a program and an intermission. The staff were not merely “on the ball” — they were performing advanced breakfast acrobatics, balancing coffees, smiles, and sizzling pans with Cirque du Soleil precision. My eggs were cooked to celestial perfection, the toast was crisp enough to command respect, and the coffee… ah, the coffee! It whispered sweet nothings of caffeine and competence into my weary soul. Just when I thought things couldn’t possibly get better, the team launched into a spontaneous and utterly convincing rendition of Zorba the Greek. Plates were smashed (intentionally, I hope), patrons howled with delight, and somewhere in the background, I swear I heard the dishie emit a noise that could only be described as the sound of a man watching his KPIs shatter on the floor. I have been here many tines and have never been dissapointed. I took my son here for breakfast and the food was so good i had to review it. This place is just absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful. And the food is on point! The meals are very large portions, so you definitely don't leave hungry! My son said his chocolate thickshake was one of the best he's ever had. Very clean Cafe, ample seating, all 1 level so wheelchair friendly. There's plenty of free steet parking. We came right when they opened so no wait this morning, but this is a very popular cafe, so can get busy at lunchtime. They offer takeaways coffee and meals as well.

We had an amazing breakfast here this morning for Father’s Day. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meals and every meal I saw come out looked delicious and generous portions. There were lots of vegetarian options on the menu (more than most places). It was really busy but wait times for food and drinks were pretty standard. The staff were super busy but our plates were taken promptly after the meal and they did a great job navigating around toddlers and prams.

I had the breakfast wrap and the fruit Refresher drink, they were both excellent, just know they can get a little busy and there can be a 45-60 minutes wait at times so plan accordingly
